Use the polygon tool (top-left of the map) to draw the outline of an area that changed hands, then choose which
force it now belongs to. Each area is saved as its own labeled change that can be edited or deleted later.
Click on the map to place the frontline point.
Drag the corner points to reshape this area, then save.
